White House Press Secretary Jay Carney implicitly retreated from President Obama's argument that Obamacare was a crucial part of his economic agenda.

Nancy Pelosi needs to explain this again.

The Ides Of March (Obama sets another record!)

Barack Obama has now spent us into oblivion.

Over the weekend, Steve Eggleston checked the latest numbers from the Treasury Department and credited me for an accurate prediction: that upon the Ides of March, President Obama reached the milestone of raising the debt by $4.93 trillion since taking office.

On that day, the debt’s increase under Obama surpassed the amount it increased during George W. Bush’s two terms in office, $4.89 trillion.

We may not survive until November.

Barack Obama is now the candidate of fear. The press is so occupied by the Republican horserace that it has missed one of the biggest stories of the age: the Obama team’s adoption of tactics that the president would have ruled out as “politics as usual” only four years ago. The shift is born of necessity. Despite holding fundraisers at twice the rate of his predecessor, the Obama campaign’s high burn rate has left the president with less cash on hand than Bush had at this point in the 2004 cycle. These money troubles spurred the president’s hypocritical decision last month to support outright the Priorities USA super PAC. But even Obama’s endorsement has not been enough to energize Democratic donors. Priorities USA raised only $2 million in the month of February, half of which came from self-described “comedian” Bill Maher.

Maybe if he lines up another good friend from another bankrupt company...

Liar In Chief (still a liar) Lies Again

I guess that little ditty about fixing the economy in one term was just another lie.
Obama now says this is a eight year project.

We will all be in cardboard boxes, sleeping under bridges if this freakshow gets re-elected.

“This is not a three-year project, this is an eight-year project,” he said Friday night. “So I need you one more time. And we’re confident we can get there, but we’re going to need your help.”
